Fred has been practicing family law on an exclusive basis for nearly 24 years. Fred left the downtown law firm of Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton in 1991 to start his own practice, ultimately forming SIlberberg & Ross with Terry Levich Ross in 2002. Fred is the firm's principal litigator, and a seasoned trial lawyer, who specializes in the litigation of complex family law matters on behalf of the firm's clients. After many years as an associate, and then of counsel to the firm of Kolodny & Anteau, Terry co-founded Silberberg & Ross with Fred in 2002. Terry's clients range from business entrepreneurs to entertainment personalities. She is known for being hands on with her clients and readily available to them. Terry has extensive experience in handling cases with complex business issues, as well as custody matters. Terry is known for her diligence and attention to detail, whether it be in the context of preparing a case for trial, or in negotiating and implementing out-of-court settlements. Jeremy A. Lane received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, and his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles, graduating in the top fifteen percent of his class. He served as Chief Research Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review, and was a member of the St. Thomas More Law Honor Society. Mr. Lane was employed at a firm specializing in adoptions prior to coming to Silberberg & Ross. He also has experience in the area of civil litigation and government contracts, and worked as an intern at the Screen Actors Guild. |
